Reporting To: Site Sales Head Key Responsibilities : Meeting with clients personally/virtually and explain project details solve their queries Explain Demo flat/unit and visualization of selected inventory. Daily follow up of visited clients in CRM & daily reporting to Sales Manager. Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate new business opportunities. Identify market trends and stay up-to-date on competitors' activities. Work with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Create and deliver presentations to potential clients. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and seamless execution of deals. Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of all sales activities. Working towards monthly/annual ales targets Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and network with potential clients Expectations Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with experience and knowledge of the real estate market, including trends, pricing, and competition. Graduate/MBA with proven experience in the same profile. Experience in direct sales, Good hands-on experience in advance MS excel formulas and have handled ERP. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to travel as needed.
