Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate Site Location: Sohna - Gurgaon Rd, Sector 35, Dhunela, Gurugram, Haryana 122103 Interview Location : Arcadia, A907, South City II, Sector 49, Gurugram, Fatehpur, Haryana 122018 Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: Minimum 2 years (in Real Estate / Builder Firm) Industry: Real Estate / Property Development Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in sales within the real estate or builder industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships from lead generation to deal closure. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through cold calling, references, online platforms, and site visits Convert potential leads into successful sales through structured follow-ups and presentations Conduct client meetings, property showings, and site visits Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals Coordinate with the marketing team to run property promotions and campaigns Keep up-to-date knowledge of current market trends, projects, pricing, and competitors Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management Maintain accurate documentation and records of client interactions and sales progress Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within a real estate firm or with a builder/developer Strong understanding of the Gurgaon property market (or your area of operation) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented with a passion for closing deals Basic computer skills – MS Excel, Email, CRM knowledge is a plus Own vehicle and willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary + Attractive Incentives based on performance Mobile & Travel Allowance (if applicable) Growth opportunities within the firm How to Apply: Interested candidates can send their updated CV to rawatsapna013@gmail.com or call 9899902294 to schedule an interview.
