About the Role We’re looking for motivated and client-focused Sales Executives to join our dynamic real estate team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy on-field sales, thrive on building client relationships, and are eager to grow within a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Executive at Prime Reality, you’ll work closely with our Relationship Managers and clients to pitch premium real estate projects—including M3M and Smart World. If you’re passionate about real estate, have strong communication skills, and are ready to take ownership of your performance, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing leads to generate interest and schedule meetings. Conduct on-site client visits (fieldwork) and coordinate with the internal team. Spend time at company galleries to learn from Relationship Managers and pitch properties effectively. Stay informed about real estate market trends and competitive offerings. Maintain and share updated lead progress reports using Excel or CRM tools. Follow up consistently with each client (minimum 2–3 follow-ups) before escalating. Focus on a select number of projects with dedication and depth, prioritising quality over quantity. Actively promote core projects such as M3M and Smart World . Build lasting client relationships and maintain a professional brand image. Work toward individual sales targets while contributing to overall team success. Key Skills & Attributes Telecalling & Cold Calling: Confidently engage new leads. On-Field Sales: Comfortable with client meetings and timely check-ins with the team. Client Follow-Up: Persistent and respectful engagement to build trust. Lead Management: Accurate tracking and reporting of lead status. Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with clients and team members. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with real estate trends and competitor offerings. Project Knowledge: Deep understanding of key projects and local micro-markets. Communication Skills: Clear, professional verbal and written communication. Self-Motivation: Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented. Time Management: Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced setting. Customer-Centric Approach: Understand and align with client needs to close deals.
