Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Kottayam. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Daily tasks include showcasing vehicles, organizing test drives, negotiating sales, and ensuring comprehensive post-purchase support. The role involves maintaining extensive knowledge of Hyundai models, features, and benefits, as well as staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

Proven experience in automotive sales, customer service, or a related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Knowledge of Hyundai vehicles and automotive industry trends
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using dealership management software and CRM tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
