Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive, located in Bihar with opportunities for remote work. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with local retailers, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets within assigned territories. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, promoting PincodeKart's offerings, onboarding retailers onto the platform, and providing ongoing customer support to ensure satisfaction and retention. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, attend client meetings, and contribute to growing PincodeKart's footprint in Bihar.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management.
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities.
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, and Result-oriented mindset.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and retail operations is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Prior experience in sales or retail sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
• Graduation in Business, Marketing, or related field is desirable.
