Sales Executive

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and help us achieve our aggressive growth targets. Key Roles & Responsibilities Lead Generation & Management Gather, organize, and maintain a database of potential leads from various sources (online & offline). Segment and prioritize leads based on potential value and readiness to buy. Sales Outreach & Follow-Up Call and engage with leads to understand their requirements. Follow the complete sales cycle — from initial contact to closing the sale. Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients. Deal Closure & Relationship Management Negotiate and close sales with a win-win approach. Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets. Reporting & Coordination Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM tools daily. Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. Incentives: Incentives: 2–4% of total sales (after achieving the minimum target bar). Base Target: 3,00,000 PM Performance-Based Growth: Monthly sales targets starting at ₹10,00,000, revised every quarter based on performance. Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in e-commerce, B2B, or consumer goods. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and handle the complete sales cycle. Goal-oriented with a strong drive to exceed targets. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Excel/Google Sheets Growth Opportunities Fast-track career progression based on consistent performance.
