Job Title: Customer Care Executive Location: Marol Andheri East Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office Work Days & Timings: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle customer support queries and convert potential leads into successful orders. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless customer experience by resolving issues promptly, maintaining positive relationships, and contributing to sales growth. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or in person in a professional and timely manner. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, product information, or support. Convert incoming leads into confirmed orders through effective communication and follow-up. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM/software. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Meet defined targets for customer satisfaction, lead conversion, and service response times. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services where appropriate. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred). Prior experience in customer service, tele calling, or sales support roles is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities. Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and empathy. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Target-oriented, positive attitude, and a team player.
