Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
  • Provide product/service information and support.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports related to customer service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer care or call center role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and [local language, if applicable].
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM tools preferred).
  • Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
