Outsourcing Services Sales: Promote cost-effective outsourcing solutions such as call handling, customer support, and administrative services. Lead Generation & Sales Execution: Utilize a mix of company-provided and self-sourced leads through LinkedIn, cold calls, and networking. Client Relationship Management: Foster long-term partnerships through consultative selling and exceptional client engagement. Sales Strategy & Performance Management: Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to consistently achieve revenue targets. Who We’re Looking For Fluency in English (Australian & US Accent Preferred) – Exceptional communication skills are essential. 1-2 Years of Sales Experience – Ideally in web development, digital marketing, or outsourcing services . Proven Ability to Generate Leads & Close Deals – Experience in cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, and high-ticket sales closing . Strong Understanding of Digital Marketing & Website Sales – Ability to consult and educate clients on SEO, PPC, branding, and online growth strategies . Proficiency in MacBook & iPhone Usage – Comfortable using Apple devices for CRM, email, and business operations . Ability to Work Early Morning Shifts – Serving international clients in Australia and the USA .
