Sales executive

Job Title: Sales ExecutiveJob Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong customer relationships. You should be self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
• Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and provide suitable product/service solutions.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and follow-up activities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations or product demonstrations to clients.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide post-sales support and build long-term relationships with customers.
• Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years in sales or a similar customer-facing role (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license (if field sales is required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
