Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential and existing customers in the assigned area to promote and sell products/services.
• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and door-to-door marketing.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to clients.
• Maintain a strong understanding of product knowledge and market trends.
• Negotiate terms of sales and close deals.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Collect payments and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

• a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in field sales, direct marketing, or related roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and documentation.
• Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
