We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, handling inbound inquiries, and maintaining customer relationships. You should have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products/services.
Handle inbound customer queries and provide relevant information.
Maintain records of calls and customer responses using CRM or call logs.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to accurately address customer questions.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the supervisor.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum 10th/12th pass or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Experience: 0–2 years in a telecalling, customer service, or sales role (freshers can apply).
Skills:
Strong communication skills in [English/Tamil/Hindi/Regional Language].
Good listening skills and ability to handle pressure.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (optional but preferred).
Confidence, patience, and a polite telephone manner.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
