We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telecalling Executive to join our team and drive exhibitor participation for our trade shows and expos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining exhibition opportunities and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
· Make outbound calls to prospective exhibitors and explain exhibition benefits, booth options and pricing.
· Generate leads through telecalling, email campaigns and follow-ups.
· Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and conversions in CRM.
· Coordinate with the sales team to close space bookings.
· Provide excellent customer service and address exhibitor queries.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Proven experience in telecalling, inside sales or space selling will be an advantage.
· Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
· Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
