Job Description

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:
Call customers to remind them about vehicle servicing.
Inform customers about ongoing offers, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and extended warranties.
Answer customer queries related to servicing, pricing, and appointment slots.
Appointment Scheduling:
Book service appointments as per customer convenience.
Coordinate with the service center to confirm slot availability.
Follow-Ups & Feedback:
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
Collect feedback and address any complaints or concerns.
Data Management:
Maintain customer records and update CRM software.
Track service reminders and upcoming appointments.
Sales Support:
Promote additional services like car detailing, insurance renewal, and accessories.
Explain the benefits of extended warranties and service packages.
Coordination with the Service Team:
Communicate customer requirements to the workshop team.
Ensure a smooth experience for customers from booking to service completion.

Skills Required:

✅ Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
✅ Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software)✅ Customer handling and problem-solving skills✅ Ability to persuade and upsell services

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
