Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager – Sales to drive revenue through advertisement sales, sponsorship acquisition, space selling and concept-based selling . The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills, persuasive communication, and a proven record of meeting sales targets in pharma, medical, automobile or general engineering-related industries . Key Responsibilities: · Identify, develop and close sales opportunities for advertisements, sponsorships and event spaces. · Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies and corporate partners. · Prepare compelling proposals and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue. · Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of deliverables. · Research industry trends to uncover new business opportunities. · Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets. Requirements: · Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field. · Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales. · Preferred exposure to pharma, medical, automobile or general engineering sales . · Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills. · Target-driven, self-motivated and able to thrive under pressure.
