Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the micro finance industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
Conduct market research and analyze sales trends to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new business leads and opportunities.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the micro finance industry.
Strong knowledge of financial services, banking, investments, insurance, stock market, and loan products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Qualification: B.A, B.B.A, B.Com, M.A, M.Com.
