My Tree Enviros is a mission-driven sustainability organization focused on increasing India’s green cover and making eco-friendly actions accessible and impactful. We partner with corporates, communities and institutions on tree-planting drives, sustainable landscaping and environmental initiatives.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, converting prospects into clients, and contributing to the growth of our green-services vertical. As a key member of the sales team, you’ll work closely with the leadership to achieve revenue targets and support our sustainability mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach and engage potential corporate, institutional and community clients for our green-initiatives services (tree-planting, landscaping, sponsorship programs).
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations — understand client needs, present our solutions, propose value, close deals.
  • Maintain the sales pipeline in CRM, track interactions, follow-up diligently and meet agreed KPIs (calls, meetings, conversions).
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback from field/client interactions to shape service offers, pricing or proposals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications / Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Any discipline)
  • 1 – 3 years of relevant sales experience (B2B preferable) — candidates with less experience but strong drive may also apply.
  • Excellent communication (verbal + written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with outbound sales — calling, emailing, following up.
  • Good knowledge of LinkedIn, CRM systems and digital sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Passion for sustainability, environment or social-impact initiatives will be a plus.
