Job Summary: The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, assisting with financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. Key Responsibilities: Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments. Prepare and maintain ledgers, journals, and other accounting records. Handle accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently. Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Process invoices, expense vouchers, and reimbursement claims. Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding billing and payment issues. Support statutory audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors. Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns (if applicable). Maintain confidentiality of financial information and ensure data accuracy. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field. 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems). Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation laws. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
