mple.ai is an AI-powered sales training platform designed for enterprises to deliver scalable, measurable, and effective training through role-plays and AI-driven evaluations. The platform offers AI avatars for realistic sales conversations, personalized feedback, and continuous AI-powered performance tracking across multiple parameters. Enterprises can customize training simulations using provided templates or design their own, ensuring impactful, high-relevance training. mple.ai aims to enhance sales effectiveness, streamline training processes, and empower sales teams for improved performance.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Mumbai, reporting directly to the Founder's Office. The Sales Executive will play a key role in identifying and targeting potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, presenting and demonstrating the mple.ai platform, and negotiating and closing deals.

Key responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, participating in sales meetings, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies. The ideal candidate will also work closely with the product development team by providing valuable client feedback, ensuring product-market alignment, and delivering the highest level of client satisfaction.

We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who is self-motivated, eager to take ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability in client identification, targeting, and relationship management
  • Experience in presenting, demonstrating, and selling software platforms
  • Strong market research and sales reporting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and product development teams
  • High level of initiative, problem-solving mindset, and self-driven work ethic
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in sales, particularly in the tech or AI industry, is a strong plus

  • Mulund, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
