Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role located in Bhubaneswar The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients, meeting sales targets, and staying updated on market trends to identify growth opportunities. Daily tasks include developing effective sales strategies, conducting client meetings, preparing and delivering product presentations, and maintaining up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications

Proven abilities in sales, customer relationship management, and meeting sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Market research and analytical skills to identify opportunities and trends
Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and projects
Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software
Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the power backup or related industries is an advantage
