Job Description

As a Sales Professional at Medtronic, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets. Your role will involve developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals. You will pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services. Additionally, you will promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services, conduct market research, and implement market development plans/strategies, making changes as needed. You will also communicate customer feedback on new products and modifications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations, and Marketing. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services to meet or exceed sales targets - Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders - Pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services - Conduct market research and implement market development plans/strategies - Communicate customer feedback on products to internal stakeholders Qualifications Required: - B.E or B.Tech (Bio Medical Engineers / Bio Technology)/ B. Pharma /Bachelors Degree in Sciences from an accredited university - M.Tech ( Bio Medical Engineers / Bio Technology)/ M.Pharma/ Masters Bachelors Degree in Sciences from an accredited university / MBA Bio Technology - 1 to 5 Years experience in a sales role in the medical device industry Additional Details about Medtronic: Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package.
