Job Description

As a Regional Sales Executive/Manager for the SOUTH areas of the company, your role involves expanding the customer base and achieving sales quotas. You will be responsible for remotely supervising a team of salespeople and setting profitable goals. Your key responsibilities include: - Business development of entrance automation products through Dealers and System Integrators - Building brand approval among consultants, architects, and developers - Creating regional sales plans and quotas aligned with business objectives - Identifying new services/products and innovative sales techniques to enhance customer satisfaction - Participating in decisions regarding expansion or acquisition - Meeting regional sales objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, and analyzing variances - Managing and leading regional sales teams to achieve sales targets and inspire high performance - Overseeing product and supply ordering and shipment based on regional needs - Ensuring updated and focused product and sales materials for presentations, conferences, or opportunities Qualifications required: - At least 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales for electronic security products like Access Control Systems, CCTV, IDS, Bollards - Graduate/MBA in a related field This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, internet reimbursement, Provident Fund, yearly bonus, day shift, and morning shift. English language proficiency is preferred for this role. The work location is in person at COIMBATORE.
