Job Description

As a Regional Sales Executive/Manager for the SOUTH areas of the company, your role will involve expanding the customer base and achieving sales quotas. You will be responsible for remotely supervising a team of salespeople and setting profitable goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop business for entrance automation products through Dealers and System Integrators - Obtain brand approval from consultants, architects, and developers - Create regional sales plans and quotas aligned with business objectives - Introduce new services/products and innovative sales techniques to enhance customer satisfaction - Prepare and review the annual budget for your area of responsibility - Participate in decisions regarding expansion or acquisition - Forecast requirements, prepare an annual budget, and analyze variances to meet regional sales objectives - Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards - Lead regional sales teams to achieve targets and inspire high performance - Oversee product and supply ordering and shipment according to regional needs - Ensure that product and sales materials are up-to-date and tailored for presentations or opportunities Qualifications Required: - At least 2 to 3 years of B2B sales experience in electronic security products like Access Control Systems, CCTV, IDS, and Bollards - Graduate/MBA in a related field - Proven experience in B2B sales - Strong leadership and management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Availability to travel as needed This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, internet reimbursement, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift or morning shift, and there is a yearly bonus. Proficiency in English is preferred, and the work location is in person at Coimbatore.,
