Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the scaffolding- building material industry.
  • ·Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • ·Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, contractors, and construction companies.
  • Provide technical advice and support to clients regarding scaffolding products and solutions.
  • ·Recommend appropriate scaffolding systems based on project specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • ·Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.
  • ·Respond to inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored scaffolding solutions.
  • Proposal Preparation and Negotiation
  • ·Prepare accurate and competitive proposals, bids, and quotations.
  • ·Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • ·Coordinate with internal teams to finalize project details and ensure seamless execution.
  • Documentation and Reporting
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
  • ·Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Desired Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in sales within the scaffolding or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • ·Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven attitude.
  • · Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • ·2-5 years of experience in field sales, technical sales, or related fields
  • ·A two-wheeler or a four-wheeler is mandatory for this role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
