About the Role:-

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, driven, and eager to contribute to business growth. This role is ideal for freshers or professionals with up to 3 years of sales experience who are passionate about building customer relationships and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:-

 Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

 Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective clients.

 Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competition.

 Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

 Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

 Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.

 Maintain CRM/database with up-to-date customer information and activity records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.

 Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

 Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

 Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
