Job Description

Job Title:

  • Generate and follow up on leads for diesel generator sales in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and approach new customers (builders, industries, institutions, contractors, etc.)
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate and close deals while maintaining healthy profit margins.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for delivery, installation, and service follow-up.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure post-sale support.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to the management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred).
  • 14 years of experience in sales of DG Sets / Capital Equipment / Industrial Products.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Should own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel locally.
