Job Description

1. Sales & Business Development Identify, approach, and convert potential customers for 3-wheeler vehicles. Conduct field visits, market surveys, and lead generation activities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers. 2. Customer Handling Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable models. Provide price quotations, finance options, exchange details, and EMI plans. Maintain strong follow-up with customers to close deals. Ensure smooth vehicle delivery and documentation support. 3. Product Knowledge Maintain updated knowledge on 3-wheeler models, features, specifications, and competitive products. Educate customers about fuel efficiency, payload capacity, maintenance, warranty, and after-sales services. 4. Documentation & Reporting Prepare customer forms, KYC, booking documents, and finance papers. Update daily sales reports (DSR), customer databases, and follow-up trackers. Coordinate with finance executives, service teams, and delivery staff. 5. Market IntelligenceMonitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
