Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, presenting products to clients, negotiating contracts, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also monitor market trends and provide feedback to improve our product offerings and sales processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the industrial pump industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and market trends
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Competence in conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Fluency in English and Gujarati; additional languages are a plus
