Role Description

Must have gear pump and centrifugal pump selection knowledge

Education : MBA IN MARKETING

EXPERIENCE : min 2 to 3 years

Location : ahmedabad

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, comprehending their unique requirements, and recommending suitable pump solutions. Duties include managing sales inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with the production team to ensure timely delivery, and maintaining customer relations. The Sales Associate will also be involved in market research and identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand technical product specifications and customer requirements
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Knowledge of industrial pump products, especially rotary gear pumps, is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
