Job Title Last Mile Executive – Poultry Processing & Distribution Company - Janaki Fresh Chicken (CPP unit of Vimala feeds private limited) Location - Narsapur (Hyderabad) About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Last Mile Executive to support our poultry processing plant’s distribution and delivery operations. This role will give hands-on experience in last-mile logistics, ensuring that processed chicken products reach retail partners, wholesalers, and direct customers in a safe, timely, and compliant manner. Key Responsibilities - Assist in managing last-mile delivery operations from the processing plant to customers. - Coordinate with logistics teams, drivers, and dispatch staff to ensure on-time deliveries. - Monitor cold chain compliance during storage and transport of chicken products. - Support in tracking orders, delivery schedules, and customer feedback. - Assist in preparing daily and weekly reports on delivery efficiency, quality issues, and turnaround times. - Participate in problem-solving for delivery exceptions (delays, damaged goods, route issues). - Contribute to process improvement initiatives for reducing cost and increasing efficiency. - Learn and support compliance with food safety, hygiene, and industry regulations. Skills & Qualifications - 0-2Y experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Food Technology, Agribusiness, or related fields. - Strong interest in food distribution, cold chain logistics, and operations. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel or other basic reporting tools. - Ability to work in fast-paced environments and be hands-on within plant and distribution areas.
