🎯 Role Overview

Sales / CRM Executive

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Generate leads for IoT products, GPS trackers, and online courses
Connect with clients via phone, email, LinkedIn & in-person visits
Deliver compelling product demos & close deals
Customize solutions based on client needs
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

Client Relationship & CRM

Use CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) to manage leads and follow-ups
Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
Address client queries and feedback professionally

Reporting & Collaboration

Maintain accurate sales data and pipeline updates
Coordinate with marketing, academic & tech teams for smooth onboarding
Share insights with leadership on client behavior and trends

✅ What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing or related field
3–6 years of experience in Sales, CRM, or Business Development (IoT/EdTech preferred)
Fluent in English; working knowledge of Hindi & Bengali
Proficiency in CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot
Based in Kolkata and open to local travel
Strong interpersonal skills and a growth-driven mindset

Experience selling SaaS, EdTech, or IoT solutions
Familiarity with digital marketing funnels
