Relationship Building & Client Retention: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Closing Sales Deals: Lead negotiations and finalize sales deals, ensuring alignment between client needs and company capabilities. Additional Responsibilities: Market Research & Lead Generation: Research the market to identify new opportunities, key organizations, and decision-makers, contributing to the development of a robust customer database. Client Needs Analysis: Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements for temperature-controlled solutions and identify potential areas of collaboration. Client Outreach: Engage prospective clients through various communication channels (email, phone calls, meetings) to initiate sales conversations. Sales & Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement targeted campaigns and strategies that generate interest in Sub Zero’s products and drive lead conversions. Networking & Industry Engagement: Attend relevant industry events, trade shows, and conferences to connect with potential clients, stay informed on industry trends, and represent the Sub Zero brand. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the technical advantages and reliability of Sub Zero's reefer boxes. Proposal and Quote Preparation: Develop customized proposals and quotations tailored to the specific needs of each client. Negotiation & Deal Finalization: Lead the negotiation process with clients and work to close contracts effectively and professionally. Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including truck chassis dealers, refrigeration unit suppliers, and other stakeholders to enhance business development opportunities. Factory Visits and Product Demos: Arrange and conduct factory visits for potential clients, providing a firsthand look at Sub Zero's manufacturing processes and quality assurance standards. Travel Requirements: Regular travel across their respective territory, to expand Sub Zero's market presence and grow the customer base. Key Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in sales and business development, ideally in the manufacturing or logistics sector. Strong knowledge of temperature-controlled solutions or similar industries (e.g., refrigerated containers, cold storage). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in an accessible manner. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
