About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive adoption of our end to end solar energyand pre-fabricated room (PUF) solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.The role involves lead generation, customer engagement, relationship management, andclosing deals to achieve sales targets and support the company’s growth.Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and convert leads through cold calls, walk-ins, referrals, and events.
  • Conduct site visits, explain solutions, and prepare proposals/quotations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for sizing, costing, and subsidy documentation.
  • Maintain client relationships, resolve queries, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Track sales activities, update CRM, and share timely reports.
  • Eligibility Criteria
  • Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any discipline.
  • Strong communication, presentable and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable with field sales, site visits, and customer meetings.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven.
