Job Description

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate Leads and Identify Opportunities:

    Prospect and generate leads within the utility, sub-metering, and property management sectors (residential, commercial, and industrial properties).
  2. Client Relationship Management:

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
  3. Sales Presentations:

    Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients, tailoring presentations to meet their specific needs and requirements.
  4. Sales Negotiations:

    Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  5. Sales Target Achievement:

    Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  6. Product Knowledge:

    Maintain a deep understanding of our products, features, and applications, becoming a trusted advisor to clients in the energy and utility sectors.
  7. Collaboration:

    Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and project management teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services to clients.
  8. Customer Support:

    Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale, ensuring they are satisfied with the product/service and resolving any issues that may arise.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven Sales Experience:

    At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the utility, sub-metering, or property management industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills:

    Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients at all levels.
  • Relationship Building:

    Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Goal-Oriented:

    Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Analytical Skills:

    Ability to analyze customer needs, market trends, and sales data to develop effective strategies.
  • Negotiation Skills:

    Proficient in negotiating sales terms and conditions to achieve profitable outcomes.
  • Technical Knowledge:

    Familiarity with electric metering solutions and related products is a plus.
  • Self-Motivated:

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position.
  • Travel may be required to meet clients and attend events.
