Role Overview

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new SME clients across key business categories (Furniture, Apparel, Jewelry, etc.)
  • Conduct demos to showcase company's AI-powered solutions for product presentation and demand generation
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline — from lead generation to closing deals
  • Understand customer pain points and recommend appropriate solutions and packages
  • Manage renewals, upselling, and customer success to maximize retention
  • Collect market intelligence and feedback to refine product positioning and go-to-market strategy
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience


Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in

    B2B, SaaS, or SME sales

    (especially in tech, marketing, or automation solutions)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills — ability to explain tech in simple business language
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
  • Demonstrated success in field sales / closing deals independently
  • Prior experience selling to

    SMEs, retailers, or local business owners

    is a strong plus
  • Passion for technology, AI, and how it’s changing the way businesses grow
