A Sales Executive is responsible for driving a company’s sales by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through market research, cold calls, networking, and referrals. Sales Pitch & Presentations: Present products or services to prospective clients, explaining features, benefits, and pricing. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close sales deals. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue goals. Market Feedback: Gather insights from clients and competitors to improve products/services. Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and update CRM tools. After-Sales Support: Ensure customer satisfaction and assist in resolving post-sales issues. Skills & Qualities RequiredGood communication and interpersonal skills Strong persuasion and negotiation ability Self-motivated and target-oriented Basic knowledge of sales techniques and CRM software Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
