Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Sales Executive will play a key role in promoting our products and services, generating leads, closing sales, and ensuring excellent client relationship management. The ideal candidate should have strong sales and communication skills and a passion for meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

• Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calls, referrals, online platforms, and networking.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of prospective clients.

2. Product Promotion and Sales

• Promote and present in-depth proposals on products and services and related solutions
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.

3. Client Relationship Management

• Build strong and lasting client relationships to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
• Collect necessary documents such as Bills, agreements and related documents.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in customer data.

4. Market Awareness and Research

• Stay updated with industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Share market insights and customer feedback with the management to support strategic planning.

5. Strategic Coordination

• Collaborate with the sales and management team to develop pricing strategies and sales pitches.
• Work closely with the team to align with business goals and implement sales strategies.

6. Reporting and Documentation

• Maintain daily/weekly logs of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Sales Head and Management.

7. Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with the Operations team for service delivery and execution of projects.
