Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals. 3. Client Relationship Management Build strong and lasting client relationships to increase customer retention and satisfaction. Collect necessary documents such as Bills, agreements and related documents. Ensure accuracy and compliance in customer data. 4. Market Awareness and Research Stay updated with industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities. Share market insights and customer feedback with the management to support strategic planning. 5. Strategic Coordination Collaborate with the sales and management team to develop pricing strategies and sales pitches. Work closely with the team to align with business goals and implement sales strategies. 6. Reporting and Documentation Maintain daily/weekly logs of sales activities and customer interactions. Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Sales Head and Management. 7. Internal Coordination Coordinate with the Operations team for service delivery and execution of projects.
