Sales Executive

Job Description We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales of our unique plot/property offerings. You will be responsible for building relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting our farmland solutions in a compelling and informative manner. Responsibilities Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Customer Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into customers. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Product/Service Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of our products/services, enabling you to effectively communicate their value to clients. Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients. Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable agreements. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, track sales performance, and generate regular reports for management. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to achieve company goals. Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in Real Estate Sales. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
