Grant Medical Foundation, Ruby Hall Clinic, Pune, has evolved from a small nursing home in 1959 to a leading hospital with 550 inpatient beds, including 130 intensive care beds. It employs 150 consultants, 500 panel doctors, and 1400 paramedical staff. Renowned for its pioneering advancements, Ruby Hall Clinic introduced Pune’s first Intensive Care Units, kidney transplants, and test tube baby services. Over the years, the hospital has continued to innovate with technologies such as MRI/CT scans and Positron Emission Tomography. As a charitable trust, it is deeply committed to serving underprivileged communities by providing free medical care and outreach programs.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Pune. The Sales Executive will work to achieve revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting medical services offered by Ruby Hall Clinic. Responsibilities include gathering market insights, planning and executing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge in sales techniques, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to conduct market research, identify trends, and develop targeted sales strategies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency in organizational skills, record-keeping, and handling CRM software and tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
Experience in the healthcare or hospital industry is a plus.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
