With 550 inpatient beds, 130 intensive care beds, and a dedicated team of 150 consultants, 500 panel doctors, and 1400 paramedical staff, it is a significant healthcare provider in the region. The clinic has introduced numerous medical advancements in Pune, such as Intensive Care Units, Coronary Care Units, kidney transplants, and cancer treatment technologies like cobalt therapy and MRI/CT scans. Ruby Hall Clinic remains committed to social responsibility by providing medical care for the underprivileged and conducting free medical camps. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Assistant Manager located in Pune. The Quality Assurance Assistant Manager will oversee and manage QA processes, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and conduct quality audits. Responsibilities include developing and implementing quality management strategies, training staff on quality standards, addressing non-compliance issues, and ensuring continuous improvement in healthcare service delivery. Qualifications Experience in quality management, quality assurance, and quality auditing Experience in NABH audit Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance in healthcare Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to train and mentor staff on quality standards Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is a plus Show more Show less
