Job Description – Sales Executive

Location: Banaras (Varanasi)
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Sales Executive to manage client onboarding, loan process coordination, and field sales activities. The role involves KYC verification, loan application processing, EMI collections, and relationship building with DSAs and Connectors.

Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Tasks

• KYC Verification of clients and ensuring accuracy of documents.
• Case File Submission & Completion as per company guidelines.
• Loan Application Filling for own clients and for DSA + Connectors.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolution.
• Sourcing New Cases and generating leads through field visits and relationships.
• E-NACH Signing & Completion or ECS form processing.
• Coordinating for old e-NACH signing and follow-ups.

Weekly / Monthly Tasks

• EMI Collection Responsibility for assigned portfolio.
• Building & Maintaining Relationships with DSAs and Connectors along with Sales Head & Channel Manager.
• Supporting the Reporting Manager in daily operational and sales tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
• Experience in NBFC, microfinance, loan sales, or field sales is an advantage.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Basic understanding of loan processes, KYC, and EMI concepts.
• Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets.
• Two-wheeler preferred for field visits (if applicable).
