The candidate should have the ability to drive high monthly sales, consistently meet aggressive targets, and build strong client relationships to generate sustainable business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and market research.
  • Pitch and present GKMT IT’s marketing and IT solutions to potential clients. Build, develop, and retain long-term client relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals effectively within tight timelines.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports with insights on progress toward monthly goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market developments. Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–7 years of proven experience in sales/business development within a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Strong record of achieving high monthly sales and exceeding revenue goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing services, branding, and IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented with the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Strong client relationship management and networking skills.
