Job Title: Sales Executive – Solar Products (Panels, Inverters, Solar Kits) Location: Chhattisgarh (Multiple Districts) Industry: Renewable Energy / Solar Power Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 1–5 Years (Experience in Solar/Technical Sales Preferred) Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to expand our customer base for solar panels, inverters, and solar kits in Chhattisgarh. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market and a passion for renewable energy solutions. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales to drive regional growth. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell solar panels, inverters, and solar kits to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, field visits, and cold calling. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and end customers. Provide product demonstrations and technical guidance to prospective clients. Prepare and present proposals and quotations based on customer requirements. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with the marketing team for local promotional activities. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and government policies related to solar energy. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools or reporting formats. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical/Energy/Mechanical is a plus). Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales; solar product sales experience preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and travel across Chhattisgarh as needed. Basic technical understanding of solar energy systems and components. Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software. Compensation: Salary: (Depending on experience) + Travel Allowance Why Join Us?
