Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Person with 2 to 8 years of experience to join our team in the event industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong sales background, and a passion for the event industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the event industry through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Present and demonstrate our event & teambuilding services and solutions to prospective clients, highlighting unique value propositions and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients, addressing their specific needs and requirements.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing agreements, ensuring profitability while meeting the client's budgetary constraints.
  • Stay updated with industry developments, attend conferences, trade shows, and networking events to stay connected with industry professionals and potential clients.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and growth opportunities.
Job Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the event industry or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Experience in event sales, marketing, or business development is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or training programs are also acceptable.
