EstateMint is Pune based Real Estate and Finance consulting firm dealing in residential apartments.With its best in class knowledge center and technology, EstateMint is aimed to deliver its a customer the exact Dream Home they wish for at the best price they can get.EstateMint offers a free consultation to its customers with a vision of giving the best customer satisfaction and complete home buying solution.

The Role

Find new customers and develop opportunities to sell properties
Establish and maintain relationships with clients and customers
Meet with clients to discuss their needs and concerns
Provide customer service and support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Perform market analysis to identify emerging markets, market trends and shifts
Create proposals and bids for business.
Being able to plan and implement sales strategies
Negotiate on price, quantities, and specifications
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, or other events.
Report on sales activities to management

Ideal Profile

Qualification and Requirements:

A bachelors degree in engineering, business or a related field
2 -3 yrs of experience in sales. Fresher can also apply
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Sales management experience
The ability to work independently and under pressure.
Immediate Joiners are preferred
