Job Description

We’re looking for a confident, articulate sales professional who can sell both stories and silver.

As part of the core team at Episode Silver — a legacy Indian brand known for handcrafted silverware and bespoke gifting — you’ll be responsible for both in-store retail experiences and outbound B2B sales. From high-net-worth walk-ins to wedding planners and corporate clients, this is a dynamic role that requires poise, professionalism, and a love for meaningful gifting.


What You’ll Do

In-Store Sales & Experience

  • Welcome walk-in clients with warmth, product knowledge, and a keen eye for personalisation.
  • Curate tailored product recommendations based on the customer’s occasion, taste, or gifting need.
  • Maintain high standards of store aesthetics, merchandising, and inventory display.

B2B Sales & Gifting

  • Identify and pursue outbound leads for corporate gifting, wedding trousseaus, and bulk orders.
  • Attend client meetings (corporates, event planners, institutions), understand requirements, and pitch appropriate collections.
  • Draft and share quotations, gifting presentations, and formal proposals.
  • Represent Episode Silver at gifting exhibitions, wedding showcases, and private client events.

Pipeline & Client Management

  • Track inbound leads from our website, social media, and referrals — and convert them effectively.
  • Maintain organized records of outreach, follow-ups, orders, and communications.
  • Liaise with internal teams (production, packaging, dispatch) to ensure smooth delivery and service.
  • Collect and report client feedback, helping us improve both product and service offerings.


Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in luxury retail, lifestyle sales, or B2B gifting (corporate/wedding).
  • Strong communication skills — fluent English, professional email etiquette, and presentation confidence.
  • A naturally persuasive and detail-oriented closer who builds long-term relationships.
  • Comfortable in both retail settings and client boardrooms — adaptable and poised.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing lead pipelines independently.
  • Tech-savvy with tools like CRM software, Excel/Google Sheets, email, WhatsApp Business, Instagram/LinkedIn for outreach.
  • A personal affinity for design, craft, or luxury products is a big plus.
