Sales Executive / Engineer

1. Co-ordination between various distributors, clients and manufacturing plant via email and telephone.

2. Assist customer in import by liaising with shipping lines and other agencies, ensuring smooth flow of documentation.

3. Management of samples and related marketing materials including couriering and delivering if required.

4. Sales activities: Preparing quotation, follow-up for order.

5. Follow-up for reports from distributor to generate internal reports on monthly basis.

6. Follow-up with customer for payments.

7. Liaising with agencies related to marketing which could include and not limited to advertising agencies, stand fabrication etc. during exhibition.

8. Maintaining data base of customers and sending regular mails to customer on various updates of the company.

9. Assistance to sales manager in all business development activities which could include location new customer, visiting the potential influencers and customers, participate in exhibition to enhance the business.

10. Proficiency in using Microsoft MS Office: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,749.56 - ₹37,447.15 per month
