Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive sales in the elevator industry. The role involves visiting construction sites, engaging with key decision-makers, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and a proven ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit construction sites and connect with concerned persons (builders, contractors, architects, etc.).
Present and explain the company's elevator and escalator products, highlighting key features and benefits.
Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
Prepare and submit quotations and proposals based on client needs.
Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Requirements:

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
