Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term client relationships. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and promoting our products/services in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, and field visits. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions to address their requirements. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services. Negotiate and close deals while ensuring profitable sales outcomes. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends. Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales activities and client feedback. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth post-sale services and support. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales or a related role (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and time management abilities. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus. Willingness to travel as needed.
